Avant is a conversion of a 27-story former office tower at 36 East 7th Street into a 162-apartment luxury community in the heart of downtown Cincinnati, blending modern architecture with floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping views of the city skyline, the Ohio River, and the surrounding hillsides.
When does Avant open, and is it leasing now?
